Drive-Up Services at the Black Road Branch

Beginning October 31, 2019, senior patrons and those with limited mobility can apply for or renew their library cards at the pick-up window at the Black Road Branch. 

Drive-Up FAQ's 

Patrons who wish to utilize these services must make an appointment by contacting the circulation desk at the Black Road Branch at 815-846-6501. Patrons will then receive information on what documentation to bring and the time of the appointment.

An appointment is required for these services to ensure the efficient use of the pick-up window and its drive-through.

You may also select "JWPL" when placing your holds online and it will be ready at the window for your convenience.
