Ottawa Street Branch Parking Update: The Ottawa Street (south of Clinton and Ottawa St.) garage is free for two hours with a JPL visit sticker. You can get the sticker by visiting one of the library service desks. Street Parking is also available for free for up to 2 hours in zones A, B and C.
